Ordering a Glossy Balm alongside one of our Premium Lip Gloss Bears?

Your items will be shipped together in ONE parcel once your handmade bear is ready for dispatch.

Our Premium Lip Gloss Bears have a preparation period of approximately 30 days. Therefore, if you purchase both products in the same order, your Glossy Balm will be held until your bear is ready.

Please keep this in mind when ordering for Christmas, birthdays or other special occasions.

If your selected Glossy Balm experiences an unexpected stock delay, we will contact you if this affects your order’s dispatch.

The preparation period does not include shipping or delivery time.
