These Terms of Service apply when you access or purchase from Honeymoon Closet.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display products, colours, dimensions and descriptions accurately. Colours might appear differently depending on your screen or device.

Some products are handmade or individually finished and therefore have minor variations.

AVAILABILITY

Products are subject to availability. Limited-edition products might sell out and might not be restocked.

We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale.

ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock errors or payment problems.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the relevant amount.

PRICING

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website.

Shipping charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before checkout.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Customers are responsible for checking customisation details before submitting an order.

We are not responsible for errors contained within customer-supplied names, wording, images or instructions where the finished product accurately reflects the information supplied.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Original store branding, layouts, original artwork, photographs and other original content created by Honeymoon Closet remain the property of their respective rights holders and must not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.

Any third-party names, images, trademarks, music-related imagery or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

UNOFFICIAL FAN-MADE PRODUCTS

Unless expressly identified as official merchandise, products sold through our fan-made collections are unofficial products.

Honeymoon Closet is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Ariana Grande, her management, record label or associated companies.

Official merchandise from our personal collection will be clearly identified separately where applicable.

LIABILITY

Nothing within these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the UK, subject to any mandatory consumer protections which apply to customers in their country of residence.
