CANCELLATION & PURCHASE OPTIONS POLICY

Please check your order, delivery address, product options, sizes and customisation details carefully before completing checkout.

STANDARD PRODUCTS

Where applicable consumer law provides you with a right to cancel, you retain this right regardless of our general cancellation policy.

If you contact us before your order enters processing, we will try to accommodate a cancellation request where possible. This does not replace or restrict any statutory cancellation rights.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Once production of a personalised or made-to-order product begins, orders cannot normally be changed or cancelled.

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised are generally excluded from the standard 14-day cancellation right. 

PRE-ORDERS

Products marked “pre-order” are purchased before they are ready for dispatch. Estimated processing or dispatch information will appear within the relevant product listing.

By purchasing a pre-order product, you acknowledge the stated estimated processing period.

Where statutory cancellation rights apply to a pre-order, nothing within this policy removes those rights.

LIMITED-EDITION PRODUCTS

Some products are released in limited quantities and might not return after selling out. Placing an item in your basket does not reserve stock. An order is secured once checkout and payment have been completed successfully.
